Insurance

I will help you understand your insurance coverage and what you are responsible to pay.  If my services are not covered by your insurance, I can talk with you about options.  

I am in-network with several insurance plans, depending on your state of residence.  

Aetna:  LA, MS, MO, MN

BCBS:  LA, MN only

United Healthcare/Optum:  LA, MS, MO, MN

Please be aware that most insurance plans do not cover couples therapy.  I can help you understand your policy.  For couples paying out of pocket, a sliding scale may apply. 

Rates

Please reach out to discuss fees.  These will vary based on your specific insurance plan and benefits.  For clients who are paying out of pocket, a sliding scale may apply.  

Payment

I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Except in an emergency, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.
